Hi @CShubert, thanks for the help.I followed those steps and reset the preferences but there was no solution. I previously did a full uninstall and a clean install and there was no solution either. I need a way to disable thumbnails in Photoshop files (PSD, PSB, etc) somehow. In Windows File Explorer I can choose to see all the files as icons but it is not the solution, because in this way I lose thumbnails of all the files that I do want to see, for example. photos, videos, etc. I doubt it's a Windows thing because it only happens with Photoshop...This is my Photoshop System Info (with my Preferences).
